About Us

Dogs have always been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. And while I love all dogs, I am certainly biased in my love for German Shepherds hence why I have three of them. It is because of them that I started Island Dogs.

Feeling guilty for leaving them alone for long periods of time while I worked a typical 9-5, I started looking for ways to be able to be with them more. I 've always had an entrepreneurial side to me and figured why not combine that with my love of dogs. While I certainly don't expect to get rich with this venture, I do hope to gain more meaningful time with my dogs, and be able to meet and connect with other dog lovers.
